Functional domain support, ready-to-use test cases and use cases, FSD/BRD review, and presales support — for teams implementing DSCR covenant testing, DSRA lifecycle, TRA waterfall sequencing, and covenant monitoring.
We are not an advisory firm. We work alongside your delivery team — providing ready-to-use artifacts and project-based functional consulting so your team doesn't have to build project finance domain knowledge from scratch.
Test cases, use cases, and process flows across DSCR covenant testing, DSRA drawdown, TRA waterfall, and DCCO extension — built for direct use in your UAT and project documentation.
FSD/BRD domain review, UAT scenario design, gap analysis, and on-call functional support — scoped to your project, billed by retainer, project, or daily rate.
Help responding to project finance system RFPs with accurate functional content — domain narrative, solution mapping, and scenario coverage for your proposal team.
Functional coverage across the full project finance lifecycle, platform-agnostic across core lending systems and custom builds.
CFADS/Debt Service computation, covenant breach detection, distribution lock-up, cure period tracking, and lender notification timelines — the full chain of system behaviours a single DSCR breach must trigger.
Get in Touch →Establishment at financial close, minimum balance maintenance, drawdown when revenues fall short, and replenishment cure periods with Event of Default tracking if unreplenished.
Get in Touch →Contractual payment priority sequencing — O&M costs, debt service, DSRA top-up, major maintenance reserve, then sponsor distributions — including partial-funding scenarios when revenues are insufficient.
Get in Touch →RBI-permitted infrastructure project DCCO extension tracking, interest-servicing confirmation, asset classification protection, and RBI reporting for revised commercial operations dates.
Get in Touch →Patterns we see repeatedly across project finance system implementations.
Most UAT plans confirm DSCR is computed and displayed, but a single covenant breach should trigger up to five distinct system behaviours — breach notification, distribution lock-up, cure period tracking, and EoD escalation if uncured. One passing test case rarely covers all of them.
The reserve account must be funded at financial close, maintained at minimum balance, drawn when revenues fall short, and replenished within a cure period — a complete lifecycle that most UAT plans only test the first step of.
Each payment-priority step often gets tested on its own, but the scenario that actually matters — revenues insufficient to fund every step — requires the system to correctly prioritise and partially fund higher-priority items while lower-priority ones receive nothing.
